By scheduling a doorstep service appointment through our website (skacrepairservice.in), phone call, or WhatsApp, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

SK AC Repair Services delivers professional installation, servicing, preventive maintenance, and repair services for:

• check_circleSplit & Window Air Conditioners (all tonnage and inverter / non-inverter brands)
• check_circleRefrigerant gas charging (R32, R410A, R22, R134a, R600a) with leak testing and vacuuming
• check_circleConcealed and open copper pipe fitting with heavy-gauge tubing and insulation
• check_circleSingle-door, double-door, and frost-free refrigerator repair
• check_circleFully automatic (top-load & front-load) and semi-automatic washing machine repair
• check_circleStorage and instant geyser installation, element replacement, and thermostat servicing
• check_circlePurchasing of old, scrap, or functioning AC units at transparent market valuations

When a technician is dispatched to your premises in Chandigarh, Mohali, Kharar, Zirakpur, or Panchkula:

• task_alt Diagnostic Assessment: The technician will carefully inspect your appliance, identify faults, check electrical currents, gas pressures, or mechanical components, and diagnose the root cause.
• task_alt Inspection & Visiting Charge (₹299): A fixed doorstep inspection & visiting charge of ₹299 applies for technician travel, on-site diagnostics, and safety testing across Chandigarh & Mohali. However, if you proceed with the repair service or part replacement, this ₹299 visiting charge is 100% adjusted / waived against your total service invoice.
• task_alt Decision to Decline: If you choose not to proceed with the repair after diagnosis, only the nominal visiting fee of ₹299 is payable for the technician's time and inspection.

We pride ourselves on transparent billing. No work will begin without your prior verbal or written authorization after the cost estimate is shared.

Payment Terms:

• credit_scorePayment is due immediately upon satisfactory completion of service and live demonstration.
• credit_scoreAccepted payment methods include Cash, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), and direct IMPS/NEFT bank transfer.
• credit_scoreDigital or physical invoice slips detailing replaced parts and warranty terms are provided upon completion.

To enable safe and timely completion of repair work, customers are requested to:

• securityProvide safe and unobstructed access to indoor and outdoor units, water sources, and power outlets.
• securityEnsure an adult representative (aged 18 or above) is present at the premises during technician service.
• securityFor high-rise building outdoor installations, ensure society permissions and standard balconies or duct access are accessible. If special scaffolding or high-reach cranes are needed, costs are discussed in advance.
• securityInspect the appliance with our technician during the testing cycle before signing off on service completion.

We understand schedules can change:

• history_toggle_off Free Cancellation / Rescheduling: You may cancel or postpone your service appointment at any time before the technician departs for your location without any cancellation fee.
• history_toggle_off Traffic & Weather Delays: While we target 1–2 hour arrival across Chandigarh and Mohali, severe monsoon downpours, traffic blockages, or extended emergency repairs on prior jobs may occasionally cause arrival adjustments. In such cases, our team will proactively inform you.

SK AC Repair Services buys old, working, non-working, and scrap Split and Window air conditioners:

• currency_rupeeFree Doorstep Dismantling: Uninstallation and removal of the old unit are managed safely by our technicians at no hidden labour deduction.
• currency_rupeeInstant Settlement: Full payment is transferred to you instantly via Cash or UPI before the unit leaves your premises.
• currency_rupeeProof of Ownership: The seller affirms that they are the rightful owner of the appliance being sold.

SK AC Repair Services strives to maintain the highest standard of appliance care. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian laws:

• balanceWe are not liable for pre-existing internal appliance decay, structural corrosion, or damages caused by faulty residential electrical wiring or phase drops.
• balanceOur total financial liability in relation to any service shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the customer for that specific service job.
• balanceThese terms are governed by and construed under the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Chandigarh / Mohali.
